I Don't Like This, Can I Return It?
At Bleorie, your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We may request verification of the defect or damage through photos. If there is indeed an issue, we will work with you to either refund your purchase or send out a replacement item(s).
Do You Issue Refunds?
As stated in our Return Policy, we do not issue refunds unless we receive photo verification that the item(s) you received are defective or damaged. Additionally, if your tracking shows that your item has not been delivered and is being returned to us, a refund or replacement item will be processed.
Please note that we do not give refunds for packages delivered to the wrong address or for lost packages where the tracking shows the item has been delivered.
I Did Not Receive My Order?
Please verify all address and email information before placing your order. If you notice that the address is incorrect immediately after placing your order, please contact us right away. We can update the address if a tracking number has not yet been issued.
Allow 1-3 business days to receive a tracking number after your order is placed. All updates to your order will be sent to the email you provide.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays when the post office is closed. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days following the weekend or holiday.
If you have not received your order and your tracking says it was delivered, please contact your local post office immediately.Â
All Natural?
We use as many natural ingredients as possible in our products. However, there is no clear, universally accepted definition of "natural." While we strive to use high-quality, naturally derived ingredients, not all of our products are certified organic or vegan.
We are proud to say that our products are cruelty-free and paraben-free.
Irritation?
Bleorie products are formulated with care using high-quality ingredients. However, individual skin sensitivities can vary.
Prior to using any new skincare product from Bleorie, we strongly advise conducting a patch test on a small area of skin to check for any allergic reactions or irritation. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist.Â
